Multiattack. The warrior makes two attacks, using Longsword or Warhammer in any combination.
Longsword. Melee Attack Roll: +7, reach 5 ft. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) Slashing plus 7 (2d6) Poison damage, and the target has Disadvantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of the warrior's next turn.
Warhammer. Melee Attack Roll: +7, reach 5 ft. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) Bludgeoning damage plus 7 (2d6) Poison damage. If the target is a Large or smaller creature, the warrior pushes the target up to 10 feet straight away from itself.
Adrenaline Rush (3/Day). The warrior takes the Dash action, and gains 12 (2d8 + 3) Temporary Hit Points.
Tactical Might (2/Day). For the next 10 minutes or until the warrior ends this effect (no action required), the warrior has Advantage on Strength checks, and its Speed increases by 10 feet. Additionally, when the warrior hits a Large or smaller creature with an attack roll, it has the Prone condition.
Parry. Trigger: The warrior is hit by a melee attack roll while holding a weapon. Response: The warrior adds 3 to its AC against that attack, possibly causing it to miss.
