Aura of Authority. Allies within 10 feet of Sir Aedric gain advantage on Wisdom saving throws against being frightened or charmed. His calm presence steels their resolve and reinforces discipline in battle.
Unyielding Will. When Sir Aedric is reduced to 0 hit points, he can make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a success, he instead drops to 1 hit point. Once he uses this trait, he can’t use it again until he finishes a long rest.
Royal Envoy. Sir Aedric has advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) and (Intimidation) checks made against nobles, military leaders, and knights. His words carry the weight of Morenthil’s authority.
Divine Rebuke (1/Short Rest). When Sir Aedric takes damage from a melee attack, he can use his reaction to release a burst of radiant energy. The attacker must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 2d8 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success.
Multiattack. Sir Aedric makes two attacks: one with his Shortsword and one with his Hand Crossbow.
Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.
Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage.
Hand Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 30/120 ft., one target.
Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage.
Description
Aedric is disciplined and calculating, placing duty above personal emotion. He believes in balance and order, seeing chaos as a threat to the stability of kingdoms. Despite his cold demeanor, he carries the burden of silent empathy—he understands the weight of loyalty and the cost of disobedience.
