Legendary Resistance (4/Day). If the Blue Eyes Jet Dragon fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Flyby. The Blue Eyes Jet Dragon doesn't provoke opportunity attacks when it flies out of an enemies reach.
Immutable Form. The Blue Eyes Jet Dragon is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.
Siege Monster. The Blue Eyes Jet Dragon deals double damage to objects and structures.
Unusual Nature. The Blue Eyes Jet Dragon doesn’t require air, food, drink, or sleep, and it gains no benefit from finishing a short or long rest.
Magic Resistance. The Blue Eyes Jet Dragon has advantage on saves against all spells and spell like abilities.
Shoot It Down. If the Blue Eyes Jet Dragon is targeted by a Magic Missile spell or a spell that requires a ranged attack roll, it takes double damage if hit.
No Really, We NEED to Shoot it Down. As long as the Blue Eyes Jet Dragon is on the field of battle, every creature must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw at the start of its turn. If it fails, it cannot target any other creature with attacks or spells except Blue Eyes Jet Dragon for that round. If it succeeds, it is unaffected for that round.
It Will NEVER Die. If the Blue Eyes Jet Dragon would be reduced to 0 Hit Points, its current Hit Points total instead resets to 100 Hit Points and it immediately takes the Disengage action to leave the battle. Award a party 25,000 XP for defeating the Blue Eyes Jet Dragon.
Multiattack. The Blue Eyes Jet Dragon can use its Ridiculous Presence. It then makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
Bite. Melee Attack Roll: +14, reach 15 ft. Hit: 19 (2d10 + 8) Piercing damage plus 11 (2d10) Lightning damage.
Claw. Melee Attack Roll: +14, reach 10 ft. Hit: 17 (2d8 + 8) Slashing damage.
Thruster. Melee Attack Roll: +14, reach 15 ft. Hit: 25 (3d10 + 8) Fire damage.
Ridiculous Presence. Each creature of the dragon's choice that is within 120 feet of the dragon and aware of it must succeed on a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw or become stunned for 1 round. After the round ends, a creature that was stunned gains Advantage on their next attack due to anger at the sheer absurdity of what they just saw. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Ridiculous Presence for the next 24 hours.
Jet Burst Stream (Recharge 5–6). Dexterity Saving Throw: DC 19, each creature in a 120-foot-long, 10-foot-wide Line. Failure: 77 (14d10) Radiant damage. Success: Half damage.
Magic Jammer. When the Blue Eyes Jet Dragon targets a creature for attack, it can choose to spend its reaction to negate the effects of one spell, magic item, or ability that is currently affecting that creature. The negated spell, magic item, or ability resumes affect at the start of that creatures next turn.
Legendary Action Uses: 4. Immediately after another creature’s turn, the Blue Eyes Jet Dragon can expend a use to take one of the following actions. The Blue Eyes Jet Dragon regains all expended uses at the start of each of its turns.
Thruster Attack. The Blue Eyes Jet Dragon makes a Thruster attack.
Lock On. The Blue Eyes Jet Dragon gains a +5 bonus on the save DC of the next ability it uses.
Ramming Speed (Costs 2 Actions). The Blue Eyes Jet Dragon blasts forward at high speeds, launching itself in a straight line to a point it can see and bulldozing anything in its way. All creatures Huge or smaller between the dragons starting position and ending position make a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw or take 21 (2d12 + 8) Bludgeoning damage and are knocked prone. Creatures that save take half damage and are unaffected. If a creature of Gargantuan size is in the Blue Eyes Jet Dragons path, it is not knocked prone even if it fails the save and the dragon is halted, taking 99 (18d10) Bludgeoning damage to itself for crashing.
Jet Salvo (Costs 3 Actions). The Blue Eyes Jet Dragon fires four missiles at four spots it can see within 100 ft. Each creature within 5 ft. of one of those spots must make a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw, taking 28 (8d6) Fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Description
It's a Bird! It's a Plane! It's....a Dragon? No, it's a Plane. Or is it? Not a single being has witness the absurdity that is the Blue Eyes Jet Dragon and not questioned everything they knew about logic and reason. A bizarre combination of machine and dragon, the origins of this creature are unknown and, frankly, everyone prefers it that way. Even other Blue Eyes dragons would prefer not to think about this creature and the mark of shame it leaves on their proud lineage. The Blue Eyes Jet Dragon seems to have no care for its fellow dragons or anyone in particular. If it has an origin story or some long forgotten past, it doesn't care to share it. It doesn't concern itself with Good or Evil, loss or gain, or sense in general. It only seems to have one purpose in life: to fly around the world, drop in at the most unexpected of moments, cause havoc, and leave all who witnessed its glory asking, "What the #$%& did I just see?".
