Abbarant: This Dragon Wrymling is the young of Abbarant Black Dragon in the area,. Native to the lands of Shady Acres and corrupted by the tears in reality on the continent that has brough fourth a hybrid of mind flayers and dragons . Although terrifying, the wrymling isnt fully developed yet and hasnt lerned the full extent of its abberant psychic abilitities.
Innate Spellcasting (Psionics). The Black Dragon Wrymling's innate spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 15). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no components:

Amphibious. The dragon can breathe air and water.
Tentacles. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) psychic damage. If the target is Medium or smaller, it is grappled (escape DC 15) and must succeed on a DC 15 Intelligence saving throw or be stunned until this grapple ends.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d10 + 2) piercing damage plus 2 (1d4) acid damage.
Acid Breath (Recharge 5–6). The dragon exhales acid in a 15-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 11 Dexterity saving throw, taking 22 (5d8) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Mind Blast (Recharge 5–6). The mind flayer magically emits psychic energy in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 15 Intelligence saving throw or take 22 (4d8 + 4) psychic damage and be stunned for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
