Invisibility. The bloodsucker gains the invisible condition if it is further away than 10 feet from any hostile creature.
Multiattack. The bloodsucker makes two attacks, only one of which can be a tentacle attack.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 6 (2d6 + 3) slashing damage. Instead of dealing damage, the bloodsucker can grapple the target (escape DC 13).
Tentacles. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., a creature that is grappled by the bloodsucker, incapacitated, or restrained. Hit: 6 (2d6 + 3) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) necrotic damage. The target's hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the necrotic damage taken. The reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0.
Stealthy Predator. The bloodsucker can take the hide action as a bonus action.
