Bagman

Amorphous. The bagman can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch without expending extra movement to do so.

Regeneration. The bagman regains 15 Hit Points at the start of each of its turns. If the bagman takes Fire or Radiant damage, this trait doesn’t function on the bagman next turn. The bagman dies only if it starts its turn with 0 Hit Points and doesn’t regenerate.

Spider Climb. The bagman can climb difficult surfaces, including along ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.

Multiattack. The bagman uses Terrifying Bellow if available and makes two Claw attacks.

Claw. Melee Attack Roll: +7, reach 10 ft. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 4) Slashing damage, and the target has the Grappled condition (escape DC 14) from one of two claws.

Soul Feast. Constitution Saving Throw: DC 16, one creature Grappled by the bagman. Failure: 55 (10d10) Necrotic damage. Success: Half damage. Failure or Success: The bagman regains an amount of Hit points equal to the Necrotic damage dealt. If this damage reduces the target to 0 Hit Points, the bagman kills it and eats its soul.

Terrifying Bellow (Recharge 4-6). Wisdom Saving Throw: DC 16, each creature in a 40-foot Emanation originating from the bagman. Failure: The target has the Frightened condition until the start of the bagman's next turn. Failure by 5 or More: The target has the Stunned condition instead of the Frightened condition. Success: 18 (4d8) Psychic damage, and the target is immune to this bagman's Terrifying Bellow for the next 24 hours.

Extradimensional Jump. The bagman teleports, along with one creature Grappled by it, into a Bag of Holding it can see within 120 feet or to the Astral Plane.

Teleporting Rebuke. Trigger: The bagman takes damage from a creature it can see. Response: The attacker takes 9 (2d9) Psychic damage, and the bagman teleports up to 20 feet to an unoccupied space it can see.
