Description
The TRUE Ultimate Blue Eyes dragon, standing above even the mighty Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon, with power that threatens gods themselves. Its name is known to only a very select few beings in this multiverse and the knowledge of what it is known to even less. To the Order with Eyes of Blue, it is a conceptual being that embodies everything the Blue Eyes are (only one in the Order knows its true nature). To the Blue Eyes themselves, it is considered their patron god, the being all Blue Eyes (except perhaps the Chaos) pray to and shrive to one day be. No one alive in this universe can recall ever having seen it, with even some gods considering it a myth, a story used to try and frighten them. However, the truth is that this dragon does exist and its name is the Blue Eyes Shining Dragon.
The Blue Eyes Shining Dragon resides in some unknown part of the Multiverse, perhaps in a demiplane of its own making. It never travels to the Material Plane and seems to have almost been specially created to defeat gods. By whom or what is unknown; it is not the result of fusion or mutation like many other Blue Eyes and no god claims responsibility for its conception. Many Blue Eyes like to believe it was the original Blue Eyes White Dragon who managed to ascend to a level of godhood few dragons ever reach, though no evidence exists to support that claim. Very few legends describe its appearance and those that do are vague and conflicting, only agreeing that it is bathed in a shining light originating from almost metallic scales. Practically everything else about the dragon is unknown.
While the Blue Eyes Shining Dragon has never appeared in the Material Plane (or returned, if you believe the original Blue Eyes story), there have been times where a physical manifestation of the dragon has been summoned, an aspect carrying a portion of its power. There is only one way to summon the Aspect of the Blue Eyes Shining Dragon and only one humanoid alive today who knows this method. It requires an intricate ritual performed by a powerful and noble spellcaster and demanding a unique sacrifice: a Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon (only the standard breed; Neo, Spirit, and Alternative won't work). Given these strict requirements, there are very few individuals in existence who can successfully perform this ritual and all of them would require the aid of the Order with Eyes of Blue (since they are the only ones who can feasibly create a Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon) and the willingness of three Blue Eyes White Dragons, neither of which would be easy for an outsider to obtain. The only times the Blue Eyes would even consider this would be during a world ending event that couldn't be solved by any other Blue Eyes dragon.
When the Blue Eyes Shining Dragon's Aspect does appear in the mortal world, its enemies experience the full force of its shining radiance , their will to fight crushed just from being near it. Those who do raise their blade against it are met with devastating force matched by no Blue Eyes in existence while spells and physical blows dissipate against its shining scales. Even should the physical body of its Aspect be destroyed, that portion of its power and soul will simply return back to the true dragon, awaiting the next time it is summoned to remind all of the shining spectacle that is the Blue Eyes Shining Dragon.
