Shield Dust. Vivillon is coated in a powder that hardens when put under pressure. If Vivillon is hit by an attack, Vivillon must succeed a DC 10 constitution saving throw. If it fails, nothing happens, but if it succeeds, Vivillon's AC is increased by 2 for 1 minute. This effect can stack, but Vivillon's AC is reset to 12 if reduced to 0 hit points.
Compound Eyes. Vivillon has advantage on all attack rolls.
Sleep Powder (Recharge 5-6). Vivillon flaps it's wings releasing a pink, sparkly dust in a 20ft. radius. Any creature in range must succeed a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be put to sleep for 1 minute. A sleeping creature will awaken if damaged.
Powder (1/day). Vivillon releases heavy, red powder in a 30ft cone. Any creature within range is covered in the powder. The powder dissolves after 1 minute, or if the target covered in powder takes damage. If the target covered in powder does take damage, the powder sets ablaze, and the target takes 18 (4d8) fire damage.
Signal Beam. RangedWeapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 70/150 ft., 1 target. Hit: 41 (8d8 + 3) psychic damage. A creature hit by this attack must succeed a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or have -2 to their next attack roll.
Description
Vivillon is a butterfly-like Pokémon with wings that come in a large variety of patterns. It has a round, grayish head with large, black, pixelated eyes and a pair of skinny antennae. The tips of the antennae each have an ovoid scale that is dark gray on the upper half and beige on the lower half. Vivillon's thorax is an ovoid and divided into three segments; each segment is a different shade of gray. Its legs are also ovoid and are dark gray on the lower half, beige on the upper half, and have a black band in the middle. It has two black, circular hands and no visible arms. While Vivillon's wings come in a wide variety of colors and patterns, they always have black edges and pixelated markings.
