Amorphous. The ooze can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.

Actions

Constrict. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage and the target is grappled (Escape DC 14).  Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained and the ooze cannot constrict another target.

Extract Eyes. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target grappled by the ooze. Hit: 2d6 acid damage and the target is blinded until the end of its next turn.  If this damage reduces the target to 0 hit points, the ooze extracts its eyes and consumes them.  Creatures without eyes are immune to this attack.

Description

An ichor jelly is a gelatinous, semi transparent spheroid ooze that subsists on the vitreous humor in the eyes of living creatures.  Ichor jellies attack by extending pseudopods to grab their prey and then injecting digestive enzymes into its eye sockets.
