Innate Spellcasting. he bishop's innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 17, +9 to hit with spell attacks). The bishop can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
Cantrips (at will): Light, Word of Radiance
4/day each: Cure Wounds
2/day each: Dispel Magic, Gentle Repose, Lesser Restoration, Moonbeam
1/day each: Daylight, Fire Shield, Speak with Dead, Wall of Light
Magic Resistance. The Bishop has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Multiattack. The bishop makes three attacks using it's staff, radiant bolts or both. Once per turn, it can replace one of these attacks with it's breath weapon.
Radiant Staff. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or become blinded by a flash of intense light for 1 minute. A target blinded in this way can use an action to make a DC 17 Wisdom (Perception) check, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Action Ranged Attack. Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 60/12 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) radiant damage.
Breath Weapon (4/day). The Bishop breathes out a 15-foot cone of fire. Each creature in that area must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 3d10 fire damage
Radiance of the Dawn (2/day). As an action, the Bishop presents their holy symbol, and any magical darkness within 30 feet of them is dispelled. Additionally, each hostile creature within 30 feet of them must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw. A creature takes radiant damage equal to 4d10 on a failed saving throw, and half as much damage on a successful one. A creature that has total cover from the Bishop is not affected.
Warding Flare. When the Bishop is attacked by a creature within 30 feet of them that they can see, they can use their reaction to impose disadvantage on the attack roll, causing light to flare before the attacker before it hits or misses. An attacker that can’t be blinded is immune to this feature.

As the head of the local church, Purehorn serves as both moral compass and political mediator, guiding nobles and commoners alike under the doctrine of illumination and truth.
