Soul Binder's dominion. Anubis can sense any creature that has died or is dying within 1 mile. He can summon their soul as a spectral servant or imprison it within an obsidian  talisman to fuel his power.

JUDGMENT of the Dead. . At the start of combat, Anubis weighs the souls of his enemies. Each creature within 60 feet must make a DC 20 Wisdom Saving throw. On a failure they take disadvantage on all death saving throws and Wisdom checks for 1 hour.

Aura of Mortality. Hostile creatures within 30 feet of him can't regain hit points. Healing magic fails to affect them, unless they succeed a DC 18 Charisma saving throw at the start of their turn.

 

Actions

Multiattack. . Anubis makes three attacks with his Scythe of Eternal Measure, or uses soul Rend twice.

Scythe of Eternal Measure. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 27 (4d8 + 9) slashing damage plus 4d6 necrotic damage. If the target reaches 0 hit points. Anubis can choose to bind their soul with A DC 20 Constituton saving throw, on a fail, its instant death

Soul Rend (Recharge 5-6). . Anubis releases a pulse of necrotic energy in a 30 foot radius. Each creature of his choice makes a DC 20 Constitution saving throw. On a fail they retake 10d8 necrotic damage. On a successful save, they take half damage.

Anubian Chains (Recharge 4-6). - Spectral  jackal headed chains burst from the ground, restraining up to 3 creatures within 60 feet. Each target must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or or be restrained and silenced for one minute.

Anubis Black can take three legendary Action choosing from the list below..

Soul Step -Teleports up to 30 feet through shadows or corpses

Mark of Judgment . . Anubis targets one creature within 60 feet. They must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of their next turn.

Soul Cleave(Costs 2 Actions). Makes one Scythe of Eternal measure attack against a frightened or restrained creature with advantage.

Mythic Actions

The Scales of Fate . (use once per day.) When Anubis drops to 0 hit points, he rises again with 150 hit points. The battlefield becomes the Hall of Judgment- the ground turns black, and spectral scales appear in the air. All enemies must make a DC 25 Wisdom saving throw or be banished to memories of their death for 1 minute, (similar to the maze spell) During this form all of Anubis's attacks deal an additional 2d10 radiant or necrotic damage.

Description

Anubis Black is a spiritual executioner, hunting people for their souls, especially those he feels have done much wrong.  Anubis weighs the souls against a feather, if they fail they are cursed for death. Anubis can absorb souls to grow stronger and regain health. He has a jackal head.
