Storm Wings. Vaelir has a flying speed of 40 ft generated by storm wings.
Lightning Tempest (1/Day). Vaelir calls upon the power of the storm. A 40-foot radius storm erupts centered on a point Vaelir can see within 90 feet. Each creature in the area must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d10 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The storm persists for 1 minute, and creatures that start their turn in the area or enter it for the first time on a turn must make the same saving throw.
Multiattack. Vaelir makes two attacks with his Spear of Storms.
Spear of Storms. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 5) piercing damage plus 9 (2d8) lightning damage.
Static Backlash. When Vaelir is struck by a melee attack using a metal weapon, the attacker must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 9 (2d8) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
