Description
The Forest dwelling Summer wolf is as large as a dire wolf but has jet Black fur and pale Golden eyes. Summer wolves are rarely seen in the lands of Ethirium due to their elusiveness, it is said that if you manage to see a glimpse of one, then you are blessed by Melora herself. Summer wolves are the guardians of the forests and as such defend them with their very souls, they were all once Lycans who after the ravaging war of Tiamat which decimated their old lands, migrated to the rest of Ethirium where they watch over the forests and woodlands continuing Melora work. Artimis is the old king of the Lycans and as such looks slightly different due to age and power, shocks of white adorn his fur and the slight blue glow can be seen in dim light (but only if you look closely) Summer wolves communicate with one another using growls and barks, but they speak Common and Elvish well enough to follow simple conversations.
