Shapechanger. The Were Skunk can use its action to polymorph into a Skunk-humanoid hybrid or into a giant Skunk, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics, other than its size, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.
Keen Smell. The Were Skunk has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
Multiattack (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). The Were Skunk makes two attacks, only one of which can be a bite.
Bite (Skunk or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with Were Skunk lycanthropy.
Shortsword (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage.
Hand Crossbow (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 30/120 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage.
Spray ( Hybrid or Skunk form Only ). The Were Skunk sprays a stench in a 15ft cone. Each creation in that area must make a DC15 Dexterity saving throw or take a 1d4 acid stank damaged every fifth turn until washed off with tomato juice.Or half as much damage on a successful one. Each creature in that area must also succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with Were Skunk lycanthropy.
Any humanoid with in 15ft of a Were Skunk or someone sprayed by one, the stank is so bad the humanoids DEX, CON and INT bonuses turn negative. example: ( if you have a DEX 12(+1) it will now be a DEX12(-1)). Only staying 15ft away or further will the smell not effect the humanoid.
