Description

1000 Maws/(Gholborne in dwarvish)- Known in terrified whispers as the 1000 Maws, this mighty Bulette is no ordinary landshark, but a monstrous aberration of insatiable hunger and ancient alchemy. Its hide is jagged with fused bone and iron, and from its gaping mouth and along its armored flanks stretch rows upon rows of snapping, malformed jaws—remnants of those it has devoured, cursed to gnash eternally. It burrows through mountains and fortresses alike, swallowing entire warbands in a single lunge, leaving only trembling silence in its wake. Legends claim the 1000 Maws was birthed during the godwar as a failed weapon, now roaming Edhene as a living wound in the world’s crust.

Lair and Lair Actions

*Snap Trap.* A section of ground snaps shut like a jaw. One creature within 30 feet must make a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be restrained until the end of its next turn.

*Maw Chorus.* Whispers and gnashing fill the air. Each creature of its choice within 20 feet must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or have disadvantage on its next attack roll or saving throw.
