Regeneration: Ares heals 10 hp at the start of his turn. Every time Ares takes necrotic damage the amount he heals is reduced by 5.
God of war (mythic trait; recharges after a long rest). When Ares Hp is reduced to 0, they don't die or fall unconscious. Instead, they regain 30 HP but his armor is shattered reducing his Ac to 15 (Natural armor).
multi attack. Ares can make 3 attacks: 2 with his sword and one with his kick or 1 kick and 2 spear throws.
Sword. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 25 (4d6 + 11) [ Slashing] damage.
Spear throw. ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range (20/60) ft., 1 target. Hit: 14 (2d6 + 7) Piercing damage.
Spartan kick. Melee Weapon Attack: +#8 to hit, range 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 17 (2d8 + 8) Bludgeoning damage. When a target is hit with the Spartan kick they must make a (DC 18) strength save or be knocked back 10 ft.
Teleport. Ares can instantly teleport to any unoccupied space he can see in a 60 ft range.
Frightful presence. Each creature that is within 120 feet of Ares must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or become Frighted for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the Ares Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Enragement (Recharge 6) Ares uses his godly power to enrage a creature he can see within 200ft. When a creature is enraged and they are not in Ares's range they must use their turn to move as close as possible to Ares. If someone is in Ares's range their attacks become sloppy and Ares can parry all of there attacks no matter if he has used his reaction or not.
Quick thrower. Ares can throw his spear as a bonus action.
parry. when Ares is hit with a weapon attack he can use his reaction to parry the attack, when he parry's a attack he can add a +2 to his AC.
Ares can take 2 legendary attacks, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creatures turn. Ares regains all spent legendary actions at the start of of its turn.
Attack. Ares makes one attack with his sword
kick. Ares uses their spartan kick action.
teleport (Costs 2 Actions). Ares can instantly teleport to any unoccupied space he can see in a 60 ft range. .
Trembling stomp (Costs 3 Actions). Ares slams his foot against the ground causing the floor to shake, Triggering a earth tremor. All other creatures on the ground within 60 ft of Ares must succeed a (DC 20) STR save or be knocked prone.
If Ares's mythic trait is active, he can use the options below for 1 hour after using god of war.
Choke slam (Cost 2 actions). Ares grabs a creature by the neck and slam them against the ground. the creature must make a (DC 21) strength save, if they succeed they take half damage. The creature takes 4d10 bludgeoning damage as they are slammed onto the ground the ground.
