Fatal Flaw. Perceptive adventurers may roll a perception check against a DC 17 to discover the monster's mechanical weakness or discover it by finding its designs in world. Exploiting this weakness allows them to roll against an AC of 19 to do double damage with all damage types except lightning.
Assess targets. May take a bonus action to gain advantage on its next strike.
Intimidation Protocol. As a bonus action it can choose to activate all its pistons and demonstrate its prowess in battle in order to command a chosen target to leave the area. All targets in range must save against a WIS DC 14 or become frightened. (Targets may save again at the start of their next turn)
Heated Cleaver. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 12ft., 2 targets if in adjacent hexes. Hit: 5 (1d8 + 1) [slashing damage] damage. Target must roll a dex saving throw or suffer 1d4 fire damage on the start of their next turn.
Blundercannon. Ranged Weapon Attack: +1 to hit, range 20/40 ft., 1 target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) [Piercing damage] damage.
Intimidation Protocol. As a bonus action it can choose to activate all it's pistons and demonstrate it's prowess in battle in order to command a chosen target to leave the area. All targets in range must save against a WIS DC 14 or become frightened. (Targets may save again at the start of their next turn)
Artificer's Sentinel. Gets two reactions (one with each weapon) per turn, Heated Cleaver has the Sentinel feat (attacks of opportunity reduce target's speed to '0'), the cleaver's ability to hit two targets in this mode is still active and if it does it will also reduce the speed of the second target to '0'.
Description
An adapted version of a service automaton designed to defend the artificer's workshop from intruders. An army of these could bring great destruction to a city should an artificer be persuaded to make them. Aside from its heated cleaver and inbuilt blunderbuss, one of the adaptations to make it combat ready is that the soul of a sprite from the feywild has been forced into a gem in its head. This means it is also technically a fey creature for the purpose of any abilities relating to type of creature.
Lair and Lair Actions
Self Repair The Automaton can use parts around its own workshop to repair damage to itself. If left for over an hour it will regain all of its health. If it is outside of its workshop it may only use this action if it finds a useable workshop (one run by an artificer or in exceptional circumstances a Mage's or Alchemist's workshop in conjunction with a forge).

Posted Nov 7, 2021You have twice the Intimidation Protocol block. Also I would suggest moving Intimidation Protocol and Assess targets into the bonus actions section.
Great work! Can't wait to throw this at my players :D
