Cruel Claws. Whenever the aspect reduces a creature to 0 hit points, it regains hit points equal to the creature's level or CR.

Description
Aspect of the Cave Mother. Luthic is Gruumsh’s wife and the paragon of maternity to all orcs. She is the Cave Mother, a fierce dweller in the darkness who raises new broods of orcs to be vicious and strong. Her symbol is the cave bear, and orc females raise such bears alongside orc whelps. It is the influence of Luthic that binds orcs together and makes them internally cohesive. She is the force that keeps the explosive rage of Gruumsh from bursting the orcs apart.
Symbol of Fertility. Orc tribes that are struggling to raise healthy children will often appeal to Luthic for guidance. Luthic often demands them to channel her energy into a young bear cub. Through a ritual involving the blood of each member of the tribe, the bear is granted a shred of Luthic's divine being. Luthic then rewards the tribe by making their claws as strong and tough as iron, and increases their stamina tenfold.
Gift From the Mother. Aspects of Luthic are one of the most valuable possessions an orc tribe can possess. They are often adorned with paint and bone necklaces, and their claws are sometimes lacquered. Orcs will often risk life or limb to protect an aspect of Luthic from danger.
