Withering Touch. Melee Spell Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: (8d4) necrotic damage. The necromancer heals for half of this damage.
Cast. The Necromancer casts a spell with a casting time of one action.
Withering Touch. The Necromancer makes a Withering Touch attack.
Move. The Necromancer moves up to his speed without provoking attacks of opportunity.

Posted Mar 7, 2024The CR of this creature should be much higher. The abilities and spells of it is close to that of a Lich, which is a CR 21 creature.
