Evasion. If Nirr is subjected to an effect that allows her to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, she instead takes no damage if she succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if she fails.
Exalted Restoration. If Nirr dies outside Mount Celestia, her body disappears, and she gains a new body instantly, reviving with all her Hit Points somewhere in Mount Celestia.
Magic Resistance. Nirr has Advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Multiattack. Nirr makes two Holy Dagger attacks. Nirr can replace one attack with Vicious Mockery cantrip.
Holy Dagger. Melee Attack Roll: +9, range 20/60 ft., reach 10 ft., Hit: 6 (1d4 + 4) radiant damage plus 10 (3d6) radiant damage and plus 10 (3d6) radiant damage. Nirr can use a bonus action to teleport the dagger into a free hand, provided she has a free hand available.
Spellcasting. Nirr casts one of the following spells, requiring no Material components and using Charisma as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 18):
At Will: Detect Evil and Good, Mage Hand, Prestidigitation, Shapechange (Beast or Humanoid form only, no Temporary Hit Points gained from the spell, and no Concentration or Temporary Hit Points required to maintain the spell), Vicious Mockery
3/Day Each: Healing Word, Dispel Magic, Misty Step
Nirr's Inspiring Song (1/Long Rest). Nirr chooses up to six creatures within range that can hear her. Each target immediately regains 9 (1d8 + 5) temporary hit points.
For the duration, as long as Nirr maintains concentration, she can use her bonus action on subsequent turns to cause one affected creature within range to regain 4 (1d8) temporary hit points.
If a creature under the effect of this spell is reduced to 0 hit points, they instead drop to 1 hit point, and the spell ends for them (this effect can happen once per creature during the spell’s duration).
Master of Tactics. As a bonus action, Nirr can use the Help action to aid an ally within 30 ft. which can see or hear her in attacking a creature, the target of that attack can be within 30 ft.
Uncanny Dodge. When an attacker that Nirr can see hits her with an attack, she can use her reaction to halve the attack’s damage against her.

Member of the Power Rangers.
