Mimicry. The Weald Hag can mimic animal sounds and humanoid voices. A creature that hears the sounds can tell they are imitations with a successful DC 14 Wisdom (Insight) check.

Actions

Multiattack. The Weald Hag makes two claw attacks.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 3) slashing damage.

Drink Pain. The Weald Hag targets one creature she can see within 30 feet of her. The target  must succeed on a DC 12 Charisma saving throw or take 10 (4d4) psychic damage and the Weald Hag regains hit points equal to the damage dealt.

Change Shape. The Weald Hag magically polymorphs into a Small or Medium humanoid, or back into her true form. Her statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment she is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. She reverts to her true form if she dies.

Description

In their true form, Weald Hags have eyes dark as moonless nights, skin like rotting wood, and hair made of tangled roots and vines.

Weald Hags live in dense forests, they are sinister fey who prey on the weak and unsuspecting.
