Traits

Elven Voidblood. Arthela has advantage on saving throws against spells and magical effects, and magic can’t put her to sleep.

Void Runes (Legendary Concentration). Arthela has advantage on Constitution saving throws to maintain concentration.
Additionally, the first time each round she would lose concentration, she may choose to succeed instead.

Warping Presence (20-ft. radius). The space around Arthela distorts unnaturally:

  • The area is difficult terrain for hostile creatures

  • Ranged attack rolls against Arthela are made at disadvantage

  • A creature that starts its turn in the aura takes 10 (3d6) force damage

Eldritch Mastery. Arthela adds her Charisma modifier to the damage of her warlock spells and cantrips (included below).

Spellcasting. Arthela is a 17th-level warlock. Her spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 21, +13 to hit with spell attacks).

She regains all spell slots on a short rest.

Spell Slots

  • 4 spell slots (5th level)

Cantrips (at will)

1st–5th Level (Warlock Spells)

6th Level (Mystic Arcanum, 1/day each)

7th Level (Mystic Arcanum, 1/day)

8th Level (Mystic Arcanum, 1/day)

9th Level (Mystic Arcanum, 1/day)

Actions

Multiattack. Arthela casts eldritch blast or makes two Void Bolt attacks.

Void Bolt. Ranged Spell Attack: +13 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 27 (4d10 + 6) psychic damage.

Rending Curse (Recharge 4–6). Arthela targets one creature she can see within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 21 Wisdom saving throw or be cursed for 1 minute:

  • The target takes 2d10 psychic damage whenever it takes an action or moves

  • The target cannot regain hit points

  • The target has disadvantage on saving throws against Arthela’s spells

The target can repeat the save at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.

Space Fold (Recharge 5–6). Arthela tears space itself. She teleports up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space she can see. A line 5 feet wide connects her origin and destination; creatures in the line must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw, taking 45 (10d8) force damage on a failure, or half on a success.

Reactions

Void Reversal. When Arthela is targeted by an attack or spell she can see, she may teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space. The triggering attack misses.

(Once per round.)

Legendary Actions

Arthela can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below.

Void Step. Arthela teleports up to 30 feet.

Hex Pulse. One creature within 30 feet takes 18 (4d8) psychic damage.

Warp Spell (Costs 2 Actions).
Arthela casts a warlock spell of 5th level or lower with a casting time of 1 action.

Gravity Well (Costs 3 Actions).
Creatures of Arthela’s choice within 20 feet must make a DC 21 Strength saving throw or be pulled up to 15 feet toward her and take 36 (8d8) force damage, knocked prone on a failure.

Description
