Traits

Pack Tactics. The werefey has Advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the werefeys allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally doesn’t have the Incapacitated condition.

Actions

Multiattack. The werefey makes two attacks, using Scratch, longbow, or Rapier in any combination. It can replace one attack with a Bite attack.

Bite (Wolf or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Attack Roll: +4, reach 5 ft. Hit: 9 (2d8 + 1) Piercing damage.

Scratch. Melee Attack Roll: +4, reach 5 ft. Hit: 7 (2d6 + 1) Slashing damage.

Longbow (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). Ranged Attack Roll: +8, range 150/600 ft. Hit: 12 (2d8 + 4) Piercing damage.

Rapier (Humanoid or Hybrid From Only). Melee Attack roll: +8, reach 5 ft. Hit: 12 (2d8 + 4) Piercing damage.

 Fey Howl (Recharge 6). The werefay lets out a powerful howl, summoning the energy of the feywilds. This causes an illusion that there are multiple werefeys. Wisdom Saving Throw: DC 15 Failure: Any time an attack would hit the werefey, roll a 1d4. On a 1-3, you miss. At the end of each of your turns, you can reroll the wisdom save, ending the affects on a success.

Bonus Actions

Shape-Shift. The werefey shape-shifts into a Medium blinkdog-humanoid hybrid or a Medium Blink dog, or it returns to its true humanoid form. Its game statistics, other than its size, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn’t transformed.

Blink. The werefey teleports up to 40ft to an unoccupied space

Reactions

Blink Swap. When the werefey is hit by an attack, it can swap places with one willing creature within 20ft of it. 

Legendary Actions

The Werefey can take 3 Legendary Actions in a round. Whenever it takes a Legendary Action, it chooses from the list below:

Blink Step. The werefey teleports up to 40ft to an unoccupied space; immediately after teleporting, it can make one melee attack against one creature within range. 

Blink Shove. Constitution Saving Throw:  DC 15. Failure: The target is teleported 10 feet in the direction away from the Werefey. they fall prone.

Werewolf Command (2).  The werefey commands 2 lycanthropes under it's control within 60ft to move or take any action immediately
