Blue Dragon Wyrmling wildshape

A druid can gain access to this form upon reaching lvl 6 with the circle of the moon subclass

each lvl of druid after lvl6 grants an additional hit die 1d8

hit die lvl 6 10d8, lvl 7 11d8, lvl 8 12d8 and so on untill lvl 10 14d8

when using this wildshape the user must still conform to the wildshape table limmits druid lvl 2: no swim or fly speed lvl 4 no fly speed

because of this dispte the transformation having a fly speed the fly speed cannot used until lvl 8 for role play purposes you possess wings but are not capable/strong enough to use them

MULTI ATTACK: 2 claw attacks per action

CLAW: Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d10 + 3 piercing damage plus 1d6 lightning damage. at lvl10 dmg becomes 3d10+3 peircing plus 3d6 lightning 

Lightning Breath (Recharge 5–6). The dragon exhales lightning in a 30-­foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw, taking  (4d10) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. at lvl 10 becomes (6d10) lightning dmg
