Council Authority. Allied Ashen Court creatures within 30 feet of Vorcan have advantage on attack rolls against frightened or prone creatures.
Blue Flame of Seron. Vorcan’s fire damage is blue entropic flame. It ignores resistance to fire damage and treats immunity to fire as resistance instead.
Executioner’s Certainty. Creatures below half their hit points have disadvantage on saving throws against Vorcan’s abilities.
Weight of Judgment. Enemy creatures within 10 feet of Vorcan have disadvantage on saving throws against fear effects.
Multiattack. Vorcan makes three attacks using either Red Lightblade Glaive attacks of Blue Bolt attacks.
Red Lightblade Glaive. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target.
Hit: 21 (2d10 + 7) radiant damage plus 18 (4d8) necrotic damage.
Blue Bolt. Ranged Spell Attack: +10 to hit, range 120 ft., one target.
Hit: 26 (4d10 + 4) fire damage.
Azure Immolation (Recharge 5–6). Vorcan releases a wave of blue flame in a 20-foot cone. Each creature in the area must make a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw, taking 63 (14d8) blue fire damage on a failure, or half as much on a success. Creatures that fail are frightened of Vorcan until the end of their next turn.
Final Sentence (Recharge 4-6). Vorcan targets one creature he can see within 30 feet that is below half its hit points. The target must succeed on a DC 19 Constitution saving throw or take 45 (10d8) necrotic damage and be knocked prone. On a success, it takes half damage and is not knocked prone.
Advance the Scaffold. Vorcan moves up to half his speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Punitive Cleave. When a creature within reach misses Vorcan with an attack, Vorcan makes one Red Lightblade Glaive attack against that creature.
Vorcan Threx can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below.
Glaive Sweep. Vorcan makes one Red Lightblade Glaive attack.
Blue Flame Eruption. One creature Vorcan can see within 20 feet takes 14 (4d6) blue fire damage.

Vorcan is the Head of Executions within the Ashen Court—the final authority on punishment, culling, and annihilation. When a city resists too long, when a traitor survives judgment, when even other Ashen Court members are deemed structurally unsound, Vorcan is dispatched.
He does not interrogate.
He does not bargain.
He confirms inevitability.
Inspired by Seron’s purest doctrine, Vorcan believes destruction must be absolute and instructional. His executions are not hidden; they are staged as grim ceremonies meant to burn lessons into history. Entire battalions have broken simply witnessing his arrival—blue fire spilling across blackened steel as his glaive ignites.
Vorcan was instrumental in shaping Ashen Court law: executions must be swift, overwhelming, and leave nothing behind that could inspire rebellion. Mercy, he teaches, is merely delayed decay.
Among the Council, Vorcan is feared more than respected—but never challenged.
Because no one who has ever opposed him has survived long enough to be remembered.
Appearance
Vorcan wears layered dark robes of deep navy and black, tailored and severe, reinforced with subtle silver and steel elements. Gold-threaded arcane embroidery coils across the fabric like funeral scripture, catching light only when he moves.
