Traits

Cave dweller. Vampire Makka Pakka is immune to the blinded condition.

Vampire makka Pakka also has blindsight up to 20ft, a burrow speed of 20ft, dark vision up to 15ft, and has advantage on attack rolls when emerging from the ground before attacking.

Burrower. Vampire Makka Pakka can burrow into the ground and travel up to it's burrowing speed after making a melee attack or a melee spell attack against a creature 

Spellcasting. The Vampire Makka Pakka is a 5th level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks). The Vampire Makka Pakka has following Sprcerer spells prepared:

Multi Attack. Vampire Makka Pakka makes either two attacks, one with it's claws and the other with its bite. Or casts a spell.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5ft. 1 target. Hit: 2d6 + 3 Piercing damage

Description

Vampire Makka Pakka is an ambush, cave-dwelling creature.

Specialising in attacking from below, he smothers his prey with teeth and claws, and then retreats below the surface to plan his next attack. 

Being a vampire, he has innate spellcasting, allowing him to take full advantage of his surroundings, and further disadvantage his prey. Vampire Makka Pakka will have the Web spell casted around their environment in hopes to restrain their quarry. 

When a creature enters Vampire Makka Pakkas lair/environment, roll a d4, this determines how many actions Makka Pakka will attempt to take before ambushing his prey.

In addition, Vampire Makka Pakka is a natural trickster, he will try to deceive his prey and lull them into a false sense of security.
