Let me tend to your wounds. When spending hit die to heal, "Spider" and any creatures of her choice may re-roll spent hit dice, but must then accept the new roll. Any creature who accepts this benefit has disadvantage against the next saving throw to resist an ability of "Spider" and "Spider" has advantage on the next contested skill check against them (whichever occurs first).

Description
Few can slink as suggestively as "Spider," whose fur is black as night, and whose eyes piercing the gloom like daggers. Fewer still can resist her feline charm, or the aid she offers so freely.. But all gifts come with a price...
When wandering toms are looking for a good time, "Spider's" establishment, busy at it is with two and four legged folk at all hours of the day, caters to their every need, or at least it did until many of her girls fell for the charm and power of "Mittens" and his growing empire.
Such an offence cannot be allowed to go unpunished, and so, with a languid stretch, "Spider" sets out to find fools strong enough to do her bidding.
