The Abominable Snowman. You have advantage on all Strength saving throws and checks, and all stealth checks while it's snowing.
Ice Type. When it is snowing outside, your armor class is increased by 1.
Ability. This Pokemon can have multiple extra traits, but only 1 can be used unless changed by an item, action, or ability. Choose one of the traits down below.
Snow Warning. When combat starts, you make it snow in a 200 ft radius for 5 rounds.
Soundproof. You cannot be harmed by spells that require you to hear it.
Mega Evolution. This trait can only be activated with the use of a Key Stone (Mega Stone) with Abomasnow within 30 ft of a Abomasite. You Mega Evolve, becoming large, increasing your score modifier bonus and armor class by 3, losing 10 ft in movement speed, and losing your own ability, but gaining a new one.

Snow Warning. When combat starts, you make it snow in a 200 ft radius for 10 rounds.
Wood Hammer. Melee Attack. reach (5 ft.). +5 to hit. On hit, deal 10d6+6 Radiant damage. On hit, you lose 3d4+4 HP.
Blizzard. 5/Day. Recharge (5). Conjuration Spell. range (50 ft.).
You create a harsh snowstorm in a 20 ft. radius at a point within range. All creatures in the radius must make a Constitution saving throw (18) or take 4d10+10 Cold damage. On a successful save, they take half damage. The radius created is now 40 ft. if it is snowing.
Ice Punch. Melee Attack. reach (5 ft.). +9 to hit. On hit deal 2d8+5 Cold damage.
Snow Scape. 3/Day. Recharge (10). Transmutation Spell.
You make it snow in a 200 ft radius for 1 minute. If this spell was used outside of combat, it lasts for 1 hour.
Description
Abomasnow is a large, bipedal Pokémon covered in shaggy, white fur. It has pale purple eyes with bushy eyebrows and long strands of fur covering its mouth. Two tufts of longer fur grow on both its back and chest, with the chest fur being longer on the female. Its hands, feet, and tail are dark green and spiky, similar to the foliage of an evergreen tree. On its back are four green spikes that resemble pinecones.
Abomasnow lives in snowy mountains and appears only when snow flowers bloom. Once the flowers die, it retreats to isolated areas because Abomasnow prefers to be alone and not associate with others. It is able to create blizzards to hide itself and can also cause whiteout conditions with just a shake of its massive body. Abomasnow is also known as the "Ice Monster" and "abominable snowman". It protects Snover from packs of Galarian Darumaka, who chase them for the Berries they grow, by swinging its arms like hammers. Abomasnow is powerful enough to split huge boulders in two. A sleeping Abomasnow can still cause blizzards by occasionally swinging its arms. Researchers acknowledged that it is unknown why Abomasnow does this, though it is theorized that it is either a habit to hide itself or just sleepy flailing.
Prior to Generation VI, Abomasnow and its pre-evolved form, Snover, were the only known Pokémon that could have Snow Warning as an Ability.
Forms
Abomasnow can Mega Evolve into Mega Abomasnow.
The sprouts on its back grow into great shafts of ice when this Pokémon Mega Evolves into Mega Abomasnow. Its fur becomes longer and shaggy over its entire body, particularly around its head. The green remnants of its buds surround the base of the large icicles on its back, while white fur covers the middle. Using its ice shafts, Mega Abomasnow can conjure blizzards of −22 degrees Fahrenheit.
