Traits

Hold Breath. The werecroc can hold its breath for 1 hour.

Actions

Multiattack. The werecroc makes two attacks, using Tail or Trident in any combination. It can replace one attack with a Bite attack.

Bite (Crocodile or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Attack Roll: +5, reach 5 ft. Hit: 12 (2d8 + 3) Piercing damage. If the target is a Large or smaller creature, it has the Grappled condition (escape DC 13).  While Grappled, the target has the Restrained condition and cannot be targeted by the werecroc's Tail.  If the target is a Humanoid, it is subjected to the following effect. Constitution Saving Throw: DC 13. Failure: The target is cursed. If the cursed target drops to 0 Hit Points, it instead becomes a Werecroc under the DM’s control and has 10 Hit Points. Success: The target is immune to this werecroc’s curse for 24 hours.

Tail (Crocodile or Hybrid Form Only). (Melee Attack Roll: +5, reach 5 ft. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) Bludgeoning damage.  If the target is a Large or smaller creature, it has the Prone condition.

Trident (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). Melee or Ranged Attack Roll: +5, range 5 ft. or 20/60 ft. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 3) Piercing damage or 9 (1d10 + 3) Piercing damage if used two-handed.  Topple: If attack hits a creature with this weapon, that creature must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 13).  On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.

Bonus Actions

Shape-Shift. The werecroc shape-shifts into a Large crocodile-humanoid hybrid or a Large Crocodile, or it returns to its true humanoid form. Its game statistics, other than its size, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn’t transformed.

Description

Werecrocs change from their humanoid forms into massive crocodiles or crocodile-humanoid hybrids.  Werecrocs can shape-shift voluntarily, but many can't resist transforming during the nights of a full moon.
