Pyroclastic Blast (recharge 6): 60ft Cone. DC21 Dex save, for half damage.
On Failure, any creatures within the cone take 6d10 Fire damage + 6d10 Lightning Damage, and must further make a DC21 Con saving throw or take a further 6d10 poison damage from the cloud
Pyroclastic Arc (recharge 4-6): Targets up to 4 creatures within 40ft of the Ash Thunder Roc of it's choice. Each creature must make a DC21 Dex Save or take 5d6 Lightning damage +2d6 fire damage. On a successful save, they take half damage instead.
Legendary Resistance (3/day): The Ash Thunder Roc can choose to succeed on a saving throw after it fails
Perception (Costs 1 Action): Can make a Perception check
Wing attack (Costs 2 Actions): All creatures within 15ft of the Ash Thunder Roc must make a DC21 Str Save or take 5d6 Bludgeoning/Fire damage and be knocked prone. The Ash Thunder Roc can then move up to half its flying speed.
Feather Strike (Costs 1 Actions): Ranged Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 60 ft, 1 target. Hit: 18 (2d8 +6 +1d6 Fire +1d6 Lightning) damage.
The Ash Thunder Roc fires a hardened feather at a creature it can see within range.

Centuries of exposure to the elemental energies of the volcanoes has evolved and mutated the thunderbirds of that area into a whole new species, who's power now resembles that of the Pyroclastic lightning that frequently appears among the Flint-Spire Peaks
