Tempus’s Warbound Blessing. Valkaeryn is considered both a dragon and a celestial. She has advantage on attack rolls against creatures that have attacked her or her allies since the end of her last turn.
Aura of Honorable Combat. Creatures within 60 feet cannot gain advantage from being invisible, hidden, or attacking from stealth. Opportunity attacks made within the aura are made with advantage.
Swordwing Arsenal. Opportunity attacks against Valkaeryn are made with disadvantage. When she flies, hostile creatures within 15 feet take 14 (4d6) slashing damage at the start of their turns from whirling blade-wings.
Storm Discipline. When Valkaeryn takes damage from a creature she can see, she gains advantage on her next attack roll against that creature.
Legendary Resistance (4/Day). If Valkaeryn fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.
Unusual Nature. Valkaeryn doesn’t require food or drink.
Multiattack. Valkaeryn makes three attacks: one with her bite and two with her claws, or two claws and one tail attack.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target.
Hit: 36 (4d12 + 10) piercing damage plus 18 (4d8) lightning damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target.
Hit: 26 (4d8 + 10) slashing damage.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 25 ft., one target.
Hit: 32 (4d10 + 10) bludgeoning damage; DC 26 Strength save or prone.
Breath Weapons (Recharge 5–6)
Valkaeryn can use either breath weapon.
⚡⚔️ Breath of the Warstorm. Valkaeryn exhales a 120-foot line of crackling lightning shaped like intersecting spear-thrusts. DC 26 Dexterity save. Failure: 108 (24d8) lightning damage. Success: Half damage. Creatures wearing metal armor have disadvantage on the save.
🌬️⚔️ Breath of the Battle Line. Valkaeryn unleashes a thunderous shockwave in a 90-foot cone. Hostile creatures must succeed on a DC 26 Strength save or be pushed 40 feet, knocked prone, and disarmed (weapon lands 10 feet away). On a success: pushed 20 feet, not disarmed. Creatures that willingly advanced toward Valkaeryn on their last turn have disadvantage on the save.
Change Shape. Valkaeryn magically transforms into any creature that is Medium or Small, while retaining her game statistics (other than its size). This transformation ends if she is reduced to 0 hit points or uses her action to end it.
Valkaeryn can take 3 legendary actions.
Blade Gale. Sword-wings lash outward. Creatures within 20 feet take 21 (6d6) slashing damage.
Storm Advance. Valkaeryn moves up to half her flying speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Challenge the Worthy (Costs 2 Actions). One creature within 120 feet must succeed on a DC 26 Wisdom save or be compelled to focus its attacks on Valkaeryn until the end of its next turn.
Avatar of Honored War
When Valkaeryn is reduced to 0 HP, thunder rolls across the battlefield. She regains 350 HP, and the field becomes Sanctified Battleground.

Lore
Tempus, the Lord of Battles, does not bless tyrants or butchers — he favors those who understand war as a crucible. When a Bronze Greatwyrm rose whose heart valued courage over victory and honor over survival, Tempus took notice.
Valkaeryn was tested in countless wars — never striking the helpless, never fleeing a fair fight, never reveling in slaughter. In her final trial, she challenged an avatar of Tempus himself, not to win, but to prove resolve.
Tempus answered not with death, but with infusion.
Her scales reshaped into living steel, and her wings became vast arrays of spectral swords, each blade representing a battle fought with honor. Lightning now answers her call like a war horn, and the air bends before her charge.
