You have made a pact with the Obsidian King, the long dead god of control... and obsidian, granting you great strength.
Obsidian Rune
As part of your pact, your patron has given you an Obsidian Rune, a powerful magic item which gives access to some spells. Choose an amount of spells from this list equal to your Charisma modifier plus your proficiency bonus, they are added to your warlock spell list and can be cast as warlock spells using warlock spell slots (assuming you have the required spell level). Additionally, you learn the Charm Person spell for free, and can cast it two times per short rest at first level without expending a spell slot.
Level 1 spells: Command, The Obsidian Crown, Obsidian Chains.
Level 2 spells: Calm Emotions, Crown Of Madness, Slicing Spires.
Level 3 spells: Incite Greed, Obsidian Cloud, Soldiers Of The Obsidian King
Level 4 spells: Charm Monster, Compulsion, Obsidian King's Tyranny.
Level 5 spells: Dominate Person, Geas, Visage Of The Obsidian Garden.
Mystic Arcanum Spells: (you may take 1 of these for free, this increases to 2 at level 16)
Level 6: Otto's Irresistible Dance.
Level 7: In The Presence Of The King.
Level 8: Dominate Monster.
Level 9: Obsidian Hurricane
Sculpt Obsidian
Your patron has given you the ability to create small objects using obsidian. You can create an object with a maximum size of 1 foot in any direction, made of pure obsidian, and it can be any shape.
Obsidian King's Control
Because of your pact, some of the Obsidian King's control has seeped into you, and creatures are compelled to obey your commands. You gain Advantage in all persuasion checks.
Additionally, at level 13, you gain expertise in persuasion.
Obsidian Invocations
You gain the ability to take the following eldritch invocations, assuming you meet the prerequisites. Additionally, you may take one invocation from this list for free, in addition to two others (they can be from the regular warlock list or from this list)
Obsidian shield: You gain the ability to use one of your warlock spell slots to block attacks that could hit you. As a reaction to being attacked, you may use a warlock spell slot to construct an Obsidian Shield around yourself to attempt to block the hit, the shield gives 3+warlock spell slot level AC, and lasts until the start of your next turn.
Obsidian Blast: When hitting a creature with Eldritch blast you can encase them in fragile Obsidian Spikes, a creature incased in Obsidian Spikes takes 1d4-1 damage for every tile it moves on it's next turn. The damage per tile increases by 2 if you hit the same target multiple times, this can be done up to 4 times in one turn for a total of 1d4+7 damage.
Obsidian Resilience: While resting, you can incase any armor in a thin incasement of obsidian by touching it and using a warlock spell slot. While wearing incased armor, a creature gains resistance to slashing and piercing damage, but gains vulnerability to bludgeoning damage.
Superior Willpower: When attempting to charm a creature, the target takes a penalty to their roll equal to your charisma modifier, however if they succeed the save they become immune to charm effects for 1 hour. This feature can be used once per hour per creature.
Prerequisite: 3rd Level: Obsidian Construction: You can create larger, more permanent objects out of obsidian, you can create all non-magic light and medium armors, weapons, and common items (such as backpacks or pitons), out of obsidian. You can only have one weapon and one armor created at a time, and you and allies are proficient with them.
Prerequisite: 5th Level: Obsidian Encasement: As a bonus action you can create obsidian restraints around the legs of a creature, if they fail a CON save, their movement speed is halved until they pass the save. If the target creature has wings, this instead simply disables their fly speed completely, (assuming they fail the save).
Prerequisite: 18th Level: Pure Control: You gain the ability to control others without effort, by simply convincing someone in passing, you can enthrall them. You gain the ability to charm creatures after successfully passing a persuasion check against them.
Obsidian Will
Starting at 3rd level, as a bonus action, or as a reaction to being charmed, you can incase your body in an Obsidian avatar to gain the following effects for 5 rounds:
1: you become immune to charm effects, and gain advantage on all saves against being pushed or grappled.
2: your base AC becomes 15. (overrides armor)
3: your arms become incased in long, sharp Obsidian Spikes, if you have a magical weapon, the weapon's magic transfers over to the spikes until the transformation ends. The spikes deal 3d4+CHA Piercing damage, and have a range of 10 feet. If you have the pact of the blade feature, the spikes become your pact weapon until the end of the transformation.
4: your movement speed is reduced by 10ft.
5: you have disadvantage on DEX saves.
once the transformation ends, you cannot transform again until you finish a short or long rest.
Obsidian Tears
Starting at 6th level, your connection to the dead God Of Control (and obsidian) has given you the ability to slightly morph those charmed by you to suit your needs, choose two of the following abilities, you can reselect your choices after any short or long rest.
1: Deadly Incentive: After successfully charming a creature, obsidian tears start growing around their eyes. For every time that they start their turn charmed, 1 tear is added, a creature can have as many tears as you have warlock levels. Once the charmed creature stops being charmed, they take 1d10 slashing damage for every tear they currently have.
at level 12, charmed creatures gain 2 tears for every charmed turn, instead of 1.
2: Will Breaker: While charming a creature, making them preform an action that they would otherwise refuse, or one that is against their nature (such as making a kidnaper release all his victims, or making a chef throw away a roast 4 minutes before it's done), slowly destroys their willpower to fight off the charm. For every action performed like this, the target takes a stacking -2 penalty to all saves against charm effects (with a max of -10). This penalty goes away after two long rests in a row without being charmed.
3: Fake Compliance: While a creature is charmed by you, they are indistinguishable from non-charmed creatures, additionally, they may only reroll saves against charm effects every 2 turns, instead of every turn.
4: Resilient Control: When attacking a charmed creature, the charm effect doesn't always break. When attacking a charmed creature, you must roll a concentration save and use the damage they took for the concentration calculation, if you pass, they remain charmed. If an ally attacks, you roll the save with disadvantage.
Royal Presence
You emanate a royal aura due to your connection to the Obsidian King. In addition to being treated like royalty, which grants you advantage to intimidation against commoners, you can use a reaction when rolling initiative to summon an amount of Obsidian Soldiers equal to your proficiency bonus in a circle surrounding you. This ability can be used once per short rest.
The Soldiers cannot attack on their turn, however they still use opportunity attacks. Additionally, each soldier can attempt to guard you against attacks and spells, when you are the target of an attack, each Obsidian soldier can attempt to take the attack for you as a reaction, a Soldier rolls a DEX save, and if they pass the attack roll, they take it instead.
When you are the target of an attack or spell which requires a saving throw, each soldier can use a reaction to add 1 to the result of the save.

Divine Mimicry
The Obsidian King has granted you little access to his dominion, The Obsidian Garden.
The Obsidian Garden holds the Obsidian King at it's center, trapped inside of a massive Obsidian Spire, surrounding him, there is a mass of Obsidian flowers and large spikes. At the entrance to the Garden, there is a single angel bearing Obsidian wings and a large sword, acting as the Garden's sole protector.
Select one of the following abilities (you may swap your selection once per week):
1: Royal Bloom:
As a bonus action, you may summon a large Obsidian Spire (10 ft radius), on your next turn, the spire falls down from above and tears through all structures to get to it's destination, it deals 10d10 bludgeoning damage to a target it directly hits. After landing, it quickly creates a bloom of Obsidian flowers in a 100ft radius around it, the flowers are difficult terrain, and all creatures who walk through it take 1d10 slashing damage for each 5 ft of movement they take. The garden grows by 50ft every day. This ability recharges on a long rest.
2: Angelic Aid:
As an action, you can create a portal directly to the Obsidian Garden. Through this portal, the angel of the Obsidian Garden may perform one attack, the attack is rolled with advantage and is a critical hit on an 18, and 19:
Angelic Smite: +15 to hit, 30ft range, 1 target. Hit: 35 (3d12+15) Slashing damage, 45 (10d8) Force damage.
For every 10 damage this attack deals, a massive Obsidian shard is launched out from it's body. You must choose a living target for these shards (you may choose more than one target, however each target must have at least 2 shards fired at it), the target of the shards cannot be the target of the attack.
the target creature must pass a DC (20+your warlock level-14) DEX save, or take 22 (4d10) Piercing damage for each shard fired at it. On a successful save, the target manages to dodge 2 of the shards fired at it. This ability recharges after performing a 24 hour long ritual which includes an offering/sacrifice.
3: Divine Restoration:
As a bonus action, you immediately restore all of your spent warlock spell slots, heal for 50% of your max HP, and gain an extra action for this turn. This ability recharges on a short rest.
