Multiattack. The amazon makes two weapon attacks

Twin Fangs. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 5) [slashing] damage. And the target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 13 (3d8) poison damage.

Chakram (melee). Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 4) [slashing] damage.

Chakram (ranged). Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 30/90 ft., one. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 4) [slashing] damage. The amazon can cause the chakram to ricochet to a second target within 5 ft of the first making a new attack roll.  Unless the attackroll is a natural 1, the chakram returns to the amazon after thrown

Evasive Momentum (Recharge 5–6). As a bonus action, the Black Elite may move up to half her speed without provoking opportunity attacks and immediately make a Stealth check. If she succeeds, she becomes invisible until the start of her next turn or until she attacks.

Ghostly Step. When hit by an attack, the Black Elite may use her reaction to halfes the damage taken and teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space she can see.
