Earth Glide. The elemental can burrow through nonmagical, unworked earth and stone. While doing so, the elemental doesn't disturb the material it moves through.
Siege Monster. The elemental deals double damage to objects and structures.
Manipulation. Due to the mineral the Elemental is made of, it can manipulate the simple minded.
Multiattack. The elemental makes two slam attacks.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage.
Loyalty Unsurpassed! When the elemental takes a high amount of damage, roll 1d6 and an member of it's army takes the blow for it, the creature would have to make a Dexterity saving throw to see if it reaches the elemental in time. The creature has to be within 10 feet of the elemental.
Description
An earth elemental plods forward like a walking hill, club-like arms of jagged stone swinging at its sides. Its head and body consist of dirt and stone, occasionally set with chunks of metal, gems, and bright minerals.

It lies in the walls of an ancient mine, surrounding itself with it's hypnotised army.
