Amphibious. The dragon can breathe air and water.
Legendary Resistance (3/Day, or 4/Day in Lair). If the dragon fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Multiattack. The dragon makes three Rend attacks. It can replace one attack with a Bite attack.
Rend. Melee Attack Roll: +11, reach 15 ft. Hit: 14 (2d6 + 7) Slashing damage.
Bite. Melee Attack Roll: +13, reach 15 ft. Hit: 12 (1d10 + 7) Piercing plus 5 (2d4) Acid damage. If the target is a Huge or smaller creature, it has the Grappled condition.
Acid Breath (Recharge 5–6). Dexterity Saving Throw: DC 18, 90-foot-long, 5-foot-wide Line. Failure: 38 (11d6) Acid damage. Success: Half damage.
Spellcasting. The dragon casts one of the following spells, requiring no Material components and using Charisma as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 14):
At Will: Detect Magic, Command (level 2 version), Color Spray
Swallow. Strength Saving Throw: DC 20, one Medium or smaller creature Grappled by the dragon (it can have up to three creatures swallowed at a time). Failure: The target is swallowed, and the Grappled condition ends. A swallowed creature has the Blinded and Restrained conditions and can’t teleport, it has Total Cover against attacks and other effects outside the dragon, and it takes 21 (6d6) Acid damage at the start of each of the dragon's turns.
If the dragon takes 20 damage or more on a single turn from a creature inside it, the dragon must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw at the end of that turn or regurgitate all swallowed creatures, each of which falls in a space within 10 feet of the dragon and has the Prone condition. If the dragon dies, any swallowed creature no longer has the Restrained condition and can escape from the corpse using 20 feet of movement, exiting Prone.
Legendary Action Uses: 3 (4 in Lair). Immediately after another creature’s turn, the dragon can expend a use to take one of the following actions. The dragon regains all expended uses at the start of each of its turns.
Commanding Presence. The dragon uses Spellcasting to cast Command (level 2 version). The dragon can’t take this action again until the start of its next turn.
Clouded Visions. The dragon uses Spellcasting to cast Color Spray. The dragon can’t take this action again until the start of its next turn.
Tail Swipe. The dragon moves up to half its Speed (Walking or Swimming) and makes one Rend attack.
