Annotate Fate. (Recharge 6) The scribe targets one creature. DC 15 Wisdom save or suffer one effect:

• Disadvantage on all rolls until end of next turn

• Cannot benefit from advantage for 1 minute

• Forced to speak only truths for 1 minute
