Traits

Fly By. While flying the birgorard does not provoke attacks of opportunity

Powerful. The birgorard does not suffer movement penalties while carrying something that weighs less than it.

Venomous Sting. When the birgorard hits a creature with its claws, the creature must succeed on a Constitution saving throw DC 14 or be poisoned for 1 minute. The creature is paralyzed while poisoned in this way. The poisoned creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Leaping Legs. With or without a running start, the birgorard can long jump 30 feet or high jump 20 feet.

Aggressive. As a bonus action, the birgorard can move up to its speed toward an enemy of its choice that it can see or hear. It must end this move closer to the enemy than it started.

Ruthless. When a creature is below half its health the birgorard can make an additional attack against that creature if it has already made an attack against that creature this turn. This attack does not count against its total attacks per action.

Frenzy. When the birgorard is below a quarter of its maximum health it gains an additional attack per action.

Actions

Multiattack. The birgorard makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 17 (2d12 + 5) piercing damage.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d12 + 5) slashing damage.

Terrible Cry (Recharges 6). The birgorard lets out a terrible shriek, each creature within 40ft must succeed a constitution saving throw DC 13 or be stunned until the end or the birgorard's next turn.

Description

An abomination created with dark magiks by splicing together a gorillian, a giant eagle and venomous snakes resulted in the creation of this creature. Due to the instability in its DNA the birgorard is naturally aggressive and ruthless.
