Description

The Kattarbjörn is a huge snow leopard-bear hybrid beast, native to the uninhabitable snowy forest wastes of Astiravia, and Apex Predator of the frozen lands. The beast is seen as a Sacred Symbol of beauty, honor, and power to the tabaxi of Astiravia, with druids of which are able to safely approach and commune with whilst hostile to other species and sojourners (classes).

The Kattarbjörn itself is a huge hybrid beast, with the legs, front feet, body, and strength of a polar bear and the head, tail, hind feet, bone structure, intelligence, and dexterity of a wildcat. Their tails near match the length of their torso and head, storing reserve fat for surviving the cruel cold and helping to keep balance. It sports white and ash grey fur with black spots across its back to help absorb the sun's reflection off of the snow of the land. Cubs tend to match the size and weight of an adult halfling while adults can reach upwards to 25' 5" (7.74m) tall, 66' (20.11m) long, and upwards to 10,000 Ibs (4,536 kg).
