Albino Manticore

Tail Spike Regrowth. The manticore has twenty-four tail spikes. Used spikes regrow when the manticore finishes a long rest.

Legendary resistance: (3/Day) on a failed saving throw it can choose to succeed instead.

Multiattack. The manticore makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws or three with its tail spikes.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) piercing damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) slashing damage.

Tail Spike. Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 100/200 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) piercing damage.

Icy Roar. Ranged breath attack: Everyone within range needs to make a dexterity saving throw of 16 or take 8d6 of cold damage or half as much on a success 30 ft. cone, multiple targets.  recharge (5 or 6)

Legendary actions 3/per round

Icy wind gust 1 actions: albino manticore can flap its wing with such force causing a blast of cold air freezing everything in 60 ft everyone in range needs to make a DC 18 Dex save or take 3D8 cold damage and be knocked prone taking half damage on a saved throw.

Claw attack: it can make 1 claw attack.

Tail attack: it can make 1 tail attack.
