3/day: ice shape (identical to the stone shape spell but ice only)
1/day: ice wall
Multi attack. The ancient chromium dragon uses its frightful presence, makes a bite attack and two claw attacks.

A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature’s saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon’s Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Breath Weapons (Recharges 5/6). The dragon uses one of the following breath weapons.
Ice lance breath. The chromium dragon exhales a large lance of ice that is 10ft wide and moves in a straight line up to 120ft. Each creature within the radius must make a DC 23 Dexterity saving throw or take 80 (20d8) cold damage. Half as much on a successful save.
Freezing crystal breath. The chromium dragon exhales a mist of freezing crystals in a 90ft cone. Each creature within the radius must make a DC 23 Constitution saving throw or have their Dexterity stat reduced by 4. To restore the lost points of dexterity a creature must take either 10 points of fire damage or take a long rest for a full 8 hours within a warm area.
The ancient chromium dragon can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time, and only at the end of another creature’s turn. The ancient chromium dragon regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Detect. The dragon makes a Wisdom (Perception) check.
Tail Attack. The dragon makes a tail attack.
Wing Attack (Costs 2 Actions). The dragon beats its wings. Each creature within 10 ft. of the dragon must succeed on a DC 23 Dexterity saving throw or take 14 (2d6 + 8) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. The dragon can then fly up to half its flying speed.
