Traits

Amphibious. Auntie Leola can breathe air and water.

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Auntie Leola fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.

Mimicry. Leola can mimic animal sounds and humanoid voices. A creature that hears the sounds can tell they are imitations only with a successful DC 17 Wisdom (Insight) check.

Innate Spellcasting. Auntie Leola is a 9th level magic user.  Her innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 16), with a +7 to hit. She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

Actions

Multiattack. Leola makes two staff attacks, or cast a spell.

Staff. Melee Attack Roll: +8, reach 5 ft. Hit: 9 (1d10 + 3) bludgeoning damage.  Anyone struck by the staff must make a CON save (DC15) or be poisoned until the end of their next round.

Bonus Actions

Invisibility. Auntie Leola can cast Invisibility on herself, requiring no spell components and using Charisma as the spellcasting ability.

Illusory Appearance.  Auntie Leola can cover herself and anything she is wearing or carrying with a magical illusion that makes her look like another creature of her general size and humanoid shape. The illusion ends if she takes a bonus action to end it or if she dies.    The changes wrought by this effect fail to hold up to physical inspection. For example, the hag could appear to have smooth skin, but someone touching her would feel her rough flesh. Otherwise, a creature must take an action to visually inspect the illusion and succeed on a DC 19 Intelligence (Investigation) check to discern that the hag is disguised.

Reactions

Familiar's Breath.  Auntie Leola has a newt that is always upon her person, either hiding in a pocket or riding on her shoulder.  Should Leola be attacked from behind with a melee attack, the newt can use Leola's reaction to make a breath weapon attack against the attacker, who must make a Constitution saving throw (DC16).  Failure: 6 (d10) poison damage and blurred vision until the end of their next turn. While suffering this condition, any attacks they make are made at disadvantage.  Any DEX saving throw and any perception check is also made at disadvantage.  Success: Half damage, and no blurred vision.

Ranged Attack.  If Auntie Leola takes damage from a ranged attack of any kind, she will cast Vicious Mockery

Legendary Actions

Maddening Cackle  (3 times/day) After another creature's turn, Auntie Leola can let loose a cackle that sounds quite insane.  Each creature within 30 feet of her and able to hear her must succeed on a DC 16 Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 12 (3d6 + 4) psychic damage, and must use its reaction to move up to half its speed and make a melee attack against another creature that is not Leola. On a successful save, it takes half as much damage and suffers no other effects. Constructs and undead are immune to this effect.  Auntie Leola will heal the total HP damage caused to creatures with this cackle.

Mythic Actions

Grant Wish. Twice per year, Auntie Leola can cast Wish on behalf of another being. The being must be humanoid and must willingly make the wish. Leola can freely do anything according to the wording, and will often twist the wish in wicked ways.
