Repulsion Breath. Strength Saving Throw: DC 15, each creature in a 30-foot Cone. Failure: The target is pushed up to 40 feet straight away from the dragon and has the Prone condition.

Constrict Breath. rollAction":"weave Breath"}[/rollable].+11 to hit, reach 20 ft., one creature. Hit: 15 (3d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 19). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained.The weaving Dragon can grapple no more than three targets at a time.

Bonus Actions

Freezer Of Fate. The weaving Dragon can generate a supernatural storm that fills the area around it in a howling blizzard. Driving snow and wind fill the area in a 30-foot Emanation centered on the weaving Dragon. The area is Heavily Obscured, and exposed flames in the area are doused. This effect ends if the weaving Dragon has the Incapacitated condition or dies. It can also dismiss the effect as a Bonus Action.

A creature that ends its turn in this Emanation takes 1 (1d6) Cold damage.
