Innocent Draconic Physiology.
The baby silver dragon is still growing. Its flight is awkward, and it has disadvantage on Dexterity (Acrobatics) checks while flying in confined spaces.
Gentle Nature.
The dragon will not willingly deal lethal damage unless one of its bonded companions is in immediate danger.
Bonded Companion.
The dragon forms a bond with up to five willing creatures. While within 10 ft. of its bonded companions, it has advantage on saving throws against being frightened.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: [roll]1d20+4[/roll] to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.
Hit: 5 ([roll]1d4+2[/roll]) piercing damage.
Frost Puff.
The dragon exhales a weak blast of cold in a 10-foot cone.
Each creature in the area must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw, taking [roll]2d6[/roll] cold damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success.
Objects and terrain are unaffected. Can be used once per long rest.
Unbearable Cuteness.
Bonus Action. The baby silver dragon targets one creature it can see within 10 feet that can see the dragon. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC = 12 + the dragon’s proficiency bonus + the dragon’s Charisma modifier) or become charmed by the dragon until the end of the dragon’s next turn.
While charmed in this way, the creature is incapacitated by adoration: its speed becomes 0, and it cannot take reactions. The effect ends early if the creature takes damage or if another creature uses an action to shake it out of its stupor.
The creature gains the charmed condition until the dragon out of sight.
A creature that succeeds on the saving throw is immune to this ability for 24 hours.
Protective Flutter.
When a creature the dragon can see targets one of its bonded companions with an attack, the dragon can flutter distractingly, imposing disadvantage on that attack roll.
Can be used 2 times, recharges one use on a short rest. All uses are restored on a long rest.
