Afterwards the attacker must make a competitive Acrobatics check against Agnes, if they fail Agnes disarms the attacker tossing their weapon within 15 feet from Agnes.

Legendary Actions

Devastation Orb (Air Orb), Once per day. Agnes makes the orb detonates which does the following, anybody (including Agnes) that is within 30 feet of her take 6d8 bludgeoning damage and it creates a powerful windstorm that lasts for 1 hour. Whenever a creature ends its turn exposed to the wind, the creature must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or take 1d4 bludgeoning damage, as the wind and debris batter it. The wind is strong enough to uproot weak trees and destroy light structures after at least 10 minutes of exposure. Otherwise, the rules for strong wind apply.

Description

Agnes appears as a poised elven guard clad in immaculate armor, her posture perpetually relaxed yet coiled like a drawn bowstring. Her movements are precise, economical, and deliberate never wasted, never hurried. She maintains a constant, unsettling smile that never quite reaches her eyes. It is not warmth. It is assessment.

Her gaze lingers too long. She studies breathing patterns, hand placement, eye shifts. In conversation, she tilts her head slightly, as though listening to a distant voice no one else can hear. When amused, her smile widens subtly  not in laughter, but in quiet confirmation of something she already predicted.

Agnes does not speak. She communicates through slow nods, measured gestures, and deliberate stillness. Silence is her weapon as much as her spear. When questioned, she allows others to fill the quiet, revealing more than they intended.

In truth, Agnes is an Erinyes devil in service to Ghathi, bound by infernal command and hidden beneath a flawless magical disguise. Beneath the illusion, obsidian wings fold tight against her back, and faint golden light flickers in her pupils like distant embers. Her loyalty is not emotional  it is contractual, absolute, and without hesitation.

She exhibits the following personality traits:

  • Predatory Patience. Agnes never rushes violence. She prefers to position, isolate, and corner prey before striking.

  • Weaponized Composure. Even when wounded, she does not snarl or rage. Pain is acknowledged, catalogued, and ignored.

  • Silent Mockery. Her ever-present smile suggests she is always one step ahead, and often she is.

  • Infernal Obedience. Orders from Ghathi are executed without moral friction. Mercy is extended only if it serves the larger objective.

  • Controlled Cruelty. When violence becomes necessary, she delivers it clinically, often prolonging pursuit rather than the strike.

In combat, Agnes moves with aerial precision should her true form be revealed, striking with her spear as though conducting a symphony. She favors creating unseen pressure invisible stalkers hunting at her will before committing herself fully.

Where others posture, Agnes calculates.
Where others threaten, Agnes watches.
And when she finally acts, it is because the outcome has already been decided.

Storm Caller (Spear, Legendary +2 Weapon)
A long, dark spear etched with spiraling sigils of containment and wind. The metal hums softly when held. Lightning dances beneath its surface like something alive. Bound within the weapon is a partially shackled fragment of an Elder Tempest not fully manifested, but not fully dormant. The entity does not speak, yet it presses against the edges of its prison constantly. When Agnes grips Storm Caller, faint thunder rolls somewhere far away.

Weapon Traits
-Agnes gains Resistance to Lightning damage.
-Whenever she hits with a melee attack using Storm Caller, the attack deals an additional 3d8 Lightning damage.
-Once per day Create a Devastation Orb (Air)
-When thrown, instead of a normal attack, Agnes may unleash the spear’s imprisoned tempest in a straight line: The spear turns into a 4th level Lightning bolt (DC 17) and immediately returns to Agnes hand. (Recharge 5-6)
-Agnes can maintain two Invisible Stalkers at all times. If one is destroyed, it reforms after 24 hours within 30 feet of the spear.
           -Obey Agnes without verbal command
           -Require no concentration
-Can move independently or act as coordinated hunters
-Fade into wind and mist when dismissed
