Breathless. Arc does not need to breath.

At Will: Detect Magic, Light, Control Weather
2/Day: Lightning Bolt (level 9 version)
Legendary Action Uses: 4. Immediately after another creatures turn, Arc can expend a use to take one of the following actions. Arc regains all expended uses at the start of each of its turns.
Charge (Costs 1 Action). Arc moves up to half his speed, then makes one Storm Sword attack
Range (Costs 2 Action). Arc takes the disengage action, moves up to half of his speed, then makes one Thunderbolt attack
Defend (Costs 1 Action). Arcs' AC increases by +3 until this point in the initiative count happens again. While Arc has this additional AC, he can only move up to half of his speed and cannot take this action again.
Description
When Arc crossed beyond the Material Plane, he did not ascend through worship.
He ascended through defiance.
In the roiling madness of Limbo, where reality fractures and thought becomes matter, Arc did not dissolve. He imposed order upon the storm. Lightning bent around him. Chaos spiraled into symmetry.
Limbo did not consume him.
It crowned him.
Now he drifts at the center of a ceaseless vortex β a colossal figure suspended in churning tempests of impossible color. Mountains form and dissolve in moments beneath him. Seas boil into vapor and return as rain.
Around him orbit relics drawn from across existence:
-
A chalice that overflows with prismatic fire.
-
A sword that hums with the memory of slain titans.
-
A crown that once belonged to a forgotten sky-king.
-
Tomes whose pages rewrite themselves in crackling script.
These are not trophies.
They are gravity wells of legend, drawn into his storm like iron to lodestone.
His armor is no longer forged metal. It is divine architecture:
-
Plates of crystallized thunder.
-
Gemstones containing imprisoned lightning.
-
Filigree etched in constellations that no longer exist.
Where once he walked the sea, now he defines the concept of storm.
In Limbo, Arc is not merely powerful β he is stabilizing force and cataclysm in equal measure. Chaos breaks upon him like waves upon stone.
Yet he has not forgotten the Material Plane.
When great injustice ripples across oceansβ¦
When tyrants attempt to command the skyβ¦
When storms gather without windβ¦
It is said Arcβs gaze turns downward.
And somewhere, thunder answers.

Posted Feb 26, 2026I like this creature, my problem is the fact a Blue Abishai can easily take him on since he doesn't have the magic weapons property. Anyway nice concept.
