Charge . If the charge undead moves at least 15 feet straight towards a target and then hits it with a claw attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 22(4d10) piercing damage.
Death Burst. When the Voltskul dies, it explodes, unleashing a wave of lighting and necrotic energy. Each creature within 20 feet of it must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw, taking 14 (4d6) lighting damage and 14 (4d6) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Flammable objects that aren't being worn or carried in that are are ignited.
Electric Current. At the start of each of the Voltskul turns, each creature within 5 feet of it takes 10 (3d6) lightning damage, and flammable objects in that area being worn or carried ignite. A creature that touches the Voltskul or hits it with a melee attack with 5 feet take 10(3d6).
Emissary of the undead. All undead within 60 feet of the colossal undead gain +2 bonus to all damage and saving throws and have advantage against any effect that would turn them.
Magic Resistance. Voltskul has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Non Reactive. The Voltskul cannot use its reaction to make attacks of opportunity.
Multiattack. The Voltskul can use its thunderstruck or lightning storm abilities. It then makes three claw attacks. if a creature is prone it can use its stomp attack as a bonus action.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10ft, one target. Hit: 15 (3d6 + 5) slashing damage plus 10 (3d6) lightning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed a DC 21 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit: 21 (3d10 + 5) slashing damage plus 10 (3d6) lightning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed a DC 21 Constitution saving throw or become stunned.
Lightning Storm. The Voltskul magically creates two bolts of lightning, each of which can strike a target the Voltskul can see within 60 feet of it. A target must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw, taking 22 (4d10) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Thunderous Impact. The Voltskul stomps its foot, creating a shockwave of booming thunder. Each creature within a 20-foot radius centered around the Voltskul make a DC 21 21 Constitution saving throw or take 22 (4d10) thunder damage and be defended untill the end of its next turn
Necroma bolt. Once another Undead creature within 60 feet of the colossal undead has fallen it absorbs their life force into itself and unleashes a flurry of black lightning. This attack does expend a use of the Voltskul reactions.
Ranger spell attack +9 to hit, range 60ft one target. hit: 21 (6d6) lightning damage plus 21 (6d6) necrotic damage.
