Traits

Prismatic Restoration. If the lumis dies outside Arborea, its body disappears, and it gains a new body instantly, reviving as a random type of lumis with all its Hit Points somewhere in Arborea.

Illumination. The lumis sheds Bright Light in a 20-foot radius and Dim Light for an additional 20 feet.

Incorporeal Movement. The lumis can move through other creatures and objects as if they were Difficult Terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) Force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.

Radiant Absorption. Whenever the lumis is subjected to Radiant damage, it takes no damage and instead regains a number of Hit Points equal to the Radiant damage dealt.

Actions

Multiattack. The lumis makes three attacks, using Blue Barb or Spray of Blue in any combination. The lumis can replace one attack with a use of Blue Bomb if available.

Blue Barb. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 19 (4d8 + 1) Cold damage.

Spray of Blue. Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, range 30 ft., up to 2 targets within 5 feet of each other. Hit: 15 (3d6 + 5) Cold damage.

Blue Bomb (Recharge 5-6). Constitution Saving Throw: DC 15, each creature in a 30 foot Emanation originating from the lumis. Failure: 33 (6d10) Cold damage, and the creature has the Restrained condition until the end of its next turn. Success: Half damage, and the creature's speed is halved until the end of its next turn.

Description

The lumois are a celestial race native to Arborea, the chaotic plane of Emotion. The lumois resemble luminous silhouettes of elves, each type reflecting a different color. Lumois represent the vibrance of reality, that the world is meant to be a bright, colorful, and extreme place. Wizards learned the Prismatic Spray and Prismatic Wall spells by studying the lumois.

Bleue lumois shed blue light and represent duty. Bleue lumois care about being apart of something bigger than themselves, and often pledge their allegiances to charismatic leaders. Bleue lumois will usually do whatever their chosen boss orders them to do, but may disobey if they believe they will further their boss's aims by doing something different.
