Organic Repair
Whenever the creature permanently engulfs and grinds a creature to death, its maximum hit points increase by 15.
If this occurs during combat, it immediately regains 2d4 + 7 hit points.

Caustic Drill (3/Day)
The creature lunges forward as its drill-nose spins violently.

Hit: 4d8 + 7 piercing damage.
After the drill connects, thick noxious fumes erupt from the wound. Each creature within 30 feet must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or be blinded until the end of its next turn.
Sandpaper (2/Day)
The creature leaps and splits open along its teeth-lined seams, unfolding midair like a grotesque sheet before engulfing a creature.
The target must succeed on a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or take 10d4 + 7 piercing damage and be grappled (escape DC 17). Until the grapple ends, the creature is restrained and takes 2d6 piercing damage at the start of each of its turns.
Fake It ’Till You Drill It (1/Day)
When reduced to 40 hit points or fewer, the creature can flatten itself into a thin, pale sheet and appear dead.
It is removed from the initiative order and appears lifeless.
During this state, it secretly plants teeth-like buds in the ground within 5 feet of itself.
When one or more creatures enter within 5 feet, it can immediately reactivate, regaining its place in initiative and triggering the buds.
Each creature in the area must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 2d10 piercing damage.
Death-Press Delivery
As a bonus action, the creature can burrow up to 45 feet through solid, drillable ground such as earth, packed soil, stone, or similar natural terrain.
This movement does not provoke opportunity attacks.
Ter-REFORM (2/Day)
As a bonus action while burrowed, the creature spins its drill at extreme velocity, fusing surrounding material into hardened structures.
It can reshape up to 120 feet of natural terrain per day, forming walls, pillars, trenches, or reinforced stone-like surfaces depending on the available material.
This transformation occurs only around its drill-nose, allowing it to move and reposition while reshaping the battlefield.
Description
A massive aberration covered in overlapping rows of hardened, serrated teeth that form a natural armor across its elongated body. Its flesh is a dark, bruised violet, split by circular, grinding maws embedded along its torso. A spear-like, rotating snout crowns its head, built for drilling through stone and bone alike, while thick, clawed limbs anchor its weight. It moves like a living excavation engine, less a beast and more a burrowing catastrophe given flesh.
