Charm. Make a Wisdom check contested by the unwilling's Charisma check. If they win, you are charmed by them. If you take damage, you may repeat the save. If you win, you take 1d6 Psychic damage.

Bite Melee Attack. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 2 ft., 1 target. Hit:  (2d10 + 1d4) piercing damage. 

Mind Warp Ranged Attack. Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, range sight,  t1d4 targets. Hit: (5d6 + 1) psychic damage. Evil creatures only.

Description

An unwilling is a person who a vampire failed to turn. They retain their free will, but gain a deep hatred of all vampires. They are able to attack like a vampire, but cannot turn, and have no weaknesses or special abilities. They can, however, inspire horror in the minds of the evil.
