Keen Smell. The bear has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
Unstoppable (Recharges after a Long Rest). If the bear takes damage that would reduce it to 0 hit points or less, it is reduced to 1 hit point instead.
Multiattack. The bear makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (4d8 + 7) piercing damage.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (4d6 + 7) slashing damage.
Primal Rage (Recharge 5-6). As a bonus action, the bear can gain 18 temporary hit points. The bear has advantage on all attack rolls while it has temporary hit points.
Strength of the Bear. As a bonus action, the bear can gain resistance to all damage except psychic, force and radiant damage until the start of its next turn, but attack rolls against it have advantage until the start of its next turn.
Parental protective instincts. If a creature within the bear's reach makes an attack against a creature other than the bear, the bear can use its reaction to make a claw attack against that creature. If the attack hits, the bear can make a second claw attack against the target.
